Call her 'Aunty Pikin', don't worry you won't lose your invite to "Beauty For Purpose Charity Gala Ball" as this is the new name Her Majesty Queen Winifred, TNQ 2016 is being called whenever she visits children. This week was no different as the ever dazzling Queen accompanied by Queen Lucia Adamma Udoh, TNQ 2016 1st Runner Up and the National Director Princess Preye paid a visit to DE MARILLAC CENTRE (For Street Children) . The pretty Queen Winifred restated her commitment in ensuring that children get qualitative education and better shelter. She also promised to use her Office as the reigning Queen to open talks and encourage governmental agencies to do more on child-related matters. See what she wrote on her visit below:
"Today I and Lucia Udoh Nigerian Queen 2016 1st runner up with the National director paid a visit to DE MARILLAC CENTRE (For Street Children) . It wasn't one of those my pleasure visit. It was painful to see homeless children both girls and boys, it's my believe that No child chooses to live on the streets. Sadly, even in our modern,globalized world, many children continue to live on the streets. Many thanks to Daughters of charity of St. Vincent De Paul for providing shelter for these children. It is not about the food or cash we donated but their ability to keep showing that captivating smiles on their beautiful faces despite their environment. It shows they have hope and that hope will return greatness to them. I'm also using this opportunity to ask those in authorities to please help these children. They are also the leaders of tomorrow." Earlier today, Her Majesty Queen Winifred Uduimoh, winner of The Nigerian Queen 2016, as part of her responsibility, visited Braithwait Memorial Hospital (BMH), one of the popular Hospitals in Portharcourt accompanied by TNQ National Director Princess Preye. Read the official statement below:

"Today I visited the Braithwait Memorial Hospital (BMH) with TNQ National Director princess preye, Where i had the opportunity to give necessary support to sick children. I also Had a brief meeting with the Director of BMH children's ward, Where she told me more about the sick children with less support. My visit was filled with emotions mostly at the time I spent with the children. Watching a child suffer from any sickness is on of the hardest. My prayer and wish for everyone one of them is to recover as quick as possible #beautyforpurpose#" Winifred Uduimoh Nigerian Queen 2016
