Harrysong has been released from police custody following his arrest over a breach of contract feud with his former label, Five Star Music. The label owned by 'Limpopo' singer, Kcee reportedly sued the songster for fraud and unlawfully leaving his contract.
The embattled singer who left the label to start his music company, AlterPlate was arrested on Friday, January 27, 2017 but was released a few hours after being picked up at his residence, report says. In a mood of triumph, the singer took to his Instagram and posted a video of himself and his mates celebrating his release from police custody as well as his record label. He added a caption thanking his well wishers for their support during his arrest and assuring them that they have no reason to worry over him. "Thank you all so so much for the love and prayers... don't be scared..they can't pull us down...#samankwe all the way.. #@alterplatemusic," his post read.

Five Star Music label has disclosed why it arrested award winning singer, Harry Tare Okri, better known as Harrysong. News made the rounds on Friday that the ‘Reggae Blues’ crooner was arrested over charges of fraud and breach of contract. But a statement signed by Mr. C.C Chris on behalf of the record label, confirmed the arrest, saying it would be taking legal action against the songster.

Five Star Music recording artist and songwriter, Harrysong has pointed out distraction as his reasons for not having a girlfriend at the moment.
Harrysong, who used to be on Kevin Luciano Gabriel's Questionmark Music, said he doesn't want to get distracted by love or a girlfriend as he's focused on his music career and success. 'I am not seeing anybody. I am single and not in a relationship because right now, I am concerned with my music and I don’t want to be distracted. I don’t have a girlfriend,' he told The Punch

The Management of Five Star Music Entertainment has released an official Statement regarding the supposed death of their artiste Skiibii. They released some pictures of Skiibii supposedly in a hospital receiving treatment with the statement below.
 OFFICIAL STATEMENT, UPDATE ON SKIIBII’S CONDITION: ‘SKIIBII COLLAPSED, ADMITTED BUT RECOVERING IN HOSPITAL ‘We the entire Five Star Music received with great shock the news of the demise of our artiste in the person of Abbey Toyyib Elias a.k.a Skiibii. The wide spread rumor of Skiibii being dead that shook the airwaves and social media platforms this morning is confirmed false. The 22 year old talented musician signed to Five Star Music is fine and alive. Given that he had a minor health issue this morning, He collapsed and was rushed by his brother & his friends to a nearby hospital from where he was taken to a more equipped hospital by the intervention of the CEO of Five Star Group for further treatment. Skiibii is currently recuperating at a private hospital, Please disregard negative information hitherto passed. Death is not something to play with. Kcee and Five Star Manager Soso Soberekon are currently in Europe on a tour. On his suppose demise as confirmed by Five Star Music or the label’s manager – At best, it was a miscommunication.
