Kiss Daniel’s latest single “Yeba” has become a tune of choice on most playlists over the past few weeks, and he follows up the release of the highlife tune with a video that embodies the spirit of the song. Leveraging Clarence Peters’ distinctive ability to create brilliant imagery from songs, together they create a video that relives memories of the Lagos party scene and its fashion since the 70s. Afro hairstyles and bell bottom trousers give way to bright adire prints, coral beads and bottles of palm-wine which then move on to the more recent hip-hop inspired style of the 2000s. Kiss Daniel and his retinue of dancers create a beautiful depiction of YEBA under the directorial leadership of Clarence Peters, and the video is bound to give the song a new lease of life as fans enjoy the exhilarating fun that the song inspires.

Imagine a love that is stifled by doubt, one that is cut back in its expressions by uncertainty and a morbid fear of the unknown-if the parents of your partner will give their blessings to your union. That is the story told in these visuals for “JOMBO” off the critically acclaimed album “NEW ERA” by KISS DANIEL. The video which was directed by Ani James for AJE Filmworks for G-Worldwide Entertainment, follows the journey of a young couple as they try, first with initial reluctance, and finally success to introduce their affair to the lady’s parents. Ani James explores the use of humour to weave a story that is relatable in its execution, and inspiring in its message of love serving as a bridge builder between people from different tribes and generations.

JOMBO is the first video to be shot off the NEW ERA album after the release of the first four singles “WOJU”, “LAYE”, GOOD TIME” and “MAMA” on the album. The song was produced by MASTERKRAFT, and has since become a fan favourite among fans, and especially with the various audiences that attended the recently concluded KISS DANIEL USA TOUR across major cities in the United States.

On 1st of May, 2016, G-Worldwide Entertainment act Kiss Daniel will release his much-anticipated first studio album NEW ERA. Few days ago we reported that Kiss Daniel and his management are at longer heads (read here) Do you know Kiss Daniel his paid 50k per month by his management? Speaking with a reliable source today, the source said; “Its so painful that with all the swag and all the talent Kiss Daniel has, you wont believe he’s paid 50k per month by his management” When asked the reason why it was like that, source said “That’s the agreement between Kiss Daniel and the Management”

Woju crooner, Kiss Daniel and his record label, G Worldwide are currently in silent war over financial management which has left Kiss Daniel broke. Insiders of the record label alleged that despite all shows and events Kiss Daniel has been performing, not leaving financial engagements aside, his record label has been keeping all the proceeds since he came to limelight with his hit single, Woju. While the label owned by Emperor Geezy claimed they are still recuperating their investments on the young star, Kiss Daniel is currently not happy with the situation of things and he’s lamenting that they have swallowed enough.

Sources also revealed that Kiss’ friends and colleagues do regularly sort his financial needs. In order to put the situation under control and forestall further damage, concerned friends of the label’s boss who are more experienced entertainment business personalities have been speaking with him on the best ways to manage the situation before it degenerates. This is also an issue they are guarding jealously as they don’t want it to be leaked to the public.

We reported to you some days ago that Byno, an upcoming artist who participated in Kiss Daniel’s ‘Woju’ dance competition and claimed to have won the prize for the highest likes but wasn’t given the price he deserved.

In a subsequent development, Kiss Daniel earlier today shared a photo of him giving another contestant the Price money and congratulated the ‘Real’ winner, Fifunmi but also acknowledged Byno and other contestants who put in their entries. Upcoming pop singer Kiss Daniel has denied supporting same sex marriage in the United States of America. Last week Kiss Daniel came out in support of the same sex ruling in America. The 'Woju' singer got a few knocks from his fans for supporting the legalization of homosexual marriage.

Crooner, Kiss Daniel has been disgraced by an upcoming singer known as Byno for not paying him his $3,000 Woju contest prize money five months after winning. Unable to hide his feelings, Byno who featured in DJ Spinal's "OLUWA IS INVOLVED" featuring M.I Abaga won the competition organised to promote Kiss Daniel’s song obviously could’t hide his feelings again as he went to his Instagram page to express his displeasure . Byno claimed to have won the competition but was never paid the winning price of 3000 dollars . According to Byno, several attempts to reach the artiste and his team for the sum but has been rebuffed. Byno went ahead to thank all the fans who supported him and resigned to leaving the matter in the hands of God.

Rising singer Kiss Daniel has come out to declare his approval of same s*x marriage which was legalized in the United States of America last week. The ruling of the Supreme Court of America to legalize homosexual marriage was criticized by many Nigerians. Kiss Daniel however supported the ruling. “Ok, so, g@y marriage is legalized in the U.S? Some are mad, some are indifferent, some are glad. Straight or G@y, what matter is we’ve got a heart that can love. Love is love and love always wins. Barrack Obama, peace” he wrote on Instagram. Most of his fans disagreed with his stance on the same s*x marriage ruling.

Kiss Daniel is itching to collaborate with Baseline recording artiste, Skales after listening to the rapper cum singer's debut album on the record label, Man Of The Year. Pop singer Kiss Daniel lost his dad, Mr. Kola Anidugbe over the weekend barely eight days after his 21st birthday after an undisclosed illness. Mr. Kola Anidugbe who was an artist and a high level lecturer of Art at the Federal College of Education Osiele Abeokuta died on Saturday, 9 May. Kiss Daniel’s father was his son’s number one fan, and he supported the career with everything till his death. The singer took to his Instagram account as well as his twitter handle to officially announce the passing away of his father. The late father maintained a wonderful and cordial relationship with Emperor Geezy, the CEO of G Worldwide (the record label Kiss Daniel is signed to) and they remained closed until he died. Kiss Daniel was with him during his last hours.
