UNIPORT Wins NUGA Games for Fifth Consecutive Time

Defending Champions University Of Portharcourt over the weekend emerged winners of the 24th Edition of the Nigerian University Games.Hosted by Obafemi Awolowo University,Ile Ife,the victory makes it fifth consecutive time that UNIPORT emerged champions of the competition which started in 1996.
UniPort dominated the Games with 63 Gold Medals,41 Silver and 16 Bronze while the First runners University of Lagos went home with 13 Gold Medals,9 Silver and 15 Bronze.Host University of  Obafemi Awolowo came 3rd with 12 Gold,9 Silver and 15 Bronze Medals.
