The movie adaptation of Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie‘s best selling novel “Half of a Yellow Sun” after a long wait, premiered on Saturday 12th April 2014 at the Silverbird Galleria, Victoria Island, Lagos.As expected, it was a star studded affair. The movie’s director Biyi Bandele as well as Chiwetel Ejiofor(Odenigbo), Genevieve Nnaji(Ms. Adebayo), OC Ukeje(Aniekwena), Reginald Ofodile(Aniekwena) and Gloria Young(Aunty Ifeka) were live at the event.The great minds that help make the movie a reality were also present.See more photos below:
