Governor Rotimi Amaechi might be planning to take up another vocation as he has been pictured making a woman’s hair. It is not clear what the governor planned to achieve but he seemed to have a fair idea of what to do and the woman appeared to be delighted. Is this also part of a campaign strategy? We’ll have to wait to find out.
