The Federal Government has declared Friday, May 1 as a public holiday in commemoration of the 2015 Workers’ Day.
This was disclosed on Tuesday, April 28, 2015, by Minister of Interior, Abba Moro.
Moro, via a statement released by the ministry’s Permanent Secretary, Abubakar Magaji, congratulated Nigerians on their resilience and commitment in the face of the challenges of daily living.
He also urged Nigerians to continue to support President Goodluck Jonathan in his efforts to build a stable, peaceful and economically vibrant nation.
