Nigerian singer, Oritse Femi, has announced the release date and unveiled the album art for his forthcoming album, ‘Money Stops Nonsense (MSN)’.
The art shows a portrait of Oritse Femi, his head completely rapped in a Middle Eastern turban.
The album will be released on Friday, May 1, 2015, and will contain a curious blend of different approaches to Pop and conscious music.
MSN has been reported to possess elements of reggae and hip hop which include hit song, ‘Double Wahala’, and its remix which featured superstar entertainer, D’banj. Other singles off the album include ‘Body And Soul‘, and ‘Redi Dance’.
MSN is Oritse Femi’s fourth solo studio album. In 2007 he released his first compilation, ‘Elewon (Flog Politicians)‘. 2009 saw him drop the second one titled, ‘Wicked World (IWE)‘, and in 2012 he came forward with another LP, ‘Unfadable’.
