Yemi Alade has won the Best African Act award in Burkina Faso.
The raving singer was recently in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso where she attended the 2015 Kun De Awards ceremony, was declared winner for the Best West African Act category.
Alade also took to stage and delivered a thrilling performance and celebrated her award, with a photo of it appearing on the internet.
Yemi Alade has also released the French version of her smash hit 'Kissing', housed on the deluxe edition of her acclaimed debut album 'King Of Queens'. The remix which adopts the original production from Fliptyce and guitar by Fiokee features soulful Afro-Caribbean music star Marvin, and is sung almost entirely in French. The vocals of the African diva and the Paris based tenor collide to create an even more powerful love anthem enriched with honeyed harmonies. Fans and music lovers should expected a world class visual for the track soon.
