Presidency finally speaks on Patience Jonathan's Whereabout

In a bid to douse the growing concerns about her prolonged absence from public functions since the failed reelection bid of President Jonathan, the presidency has released a statement. The statement says that the First lady is currently in the Republic of Congo to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the launch of the Congolese first lady, Madam Antoinette Sassou-Nguesso’s foundation, the Congo Assistance Foundation along with other African First ladies. The statement however didn’t mention if she has been there for the three weeks plus.
