Sadio Mane scored a stunning hat-trick in just two minutes and 56 seconds during Southampton's clash with Aston Villa to smash the Premier League record. The Saints star fired a lightning-quick treble in the first half at St Mary's to put the hosts in command. Mane shaved almost two minutes off the previous top-flight record set by Robbie Fowler, who scored three times in four minutes and 33 seconds for Liverpool against Arsenal back in 1994. The Senegalese striker had previously managed just seven goals in 30 games for Southampton since his £11.8million switch from RB Salzburg last summer.
