Former Miss Nigeria, Rita Anuku dies at 47

Winner of Miss Nigeria beauty pageant in 1986, Anita Anuku and younger sister of Nollywood actor, Hank Anuku died on Thursday July 2nd. According to family sources the 47 year old has been battling cancer for the most part of 2 years. Rita is also the first cousin of Hon. David Anuku, former commissioner of Special Duties in Delta State. She is survived by 4 children, 3 girls and 1 boy. May her soul rest in perfect peace.
