He made his name by beating defenders and goalkeepers to score goals but Didier Drogba was the one on the end of a beating on Saturday, June 4. The Chelsea legend was the goalkeeper but could not stop a penalty by Canadian rapper, Drake. Drake who is in England where he headlined the Wireless Festival in London's Finsbury Park on Friday night however apologised to Drogba before putting the penalty away. "Didier, I'm your biggest fan. Sorry," said the rapper before converting the penalty. While posting the video on Instagram, Drogba however revealed that he allowed Drake to score to please his fans. "Bro millions of people needed you happy to perform that's why I let you score." Drake is a huge fan of the striker, tweeting his excitement sometime in 2011 after first meeting him.

Drogba is known to be friends with a lot of rappers including Snoop Dogg while Drake is familiar with the football game.

 The rapper has been pictured hanging out with the likes of Mario Balotelli, Daniel Sturridge and Karim Benzema.
