Veteran actor, Lecturer, and celebrated playwright, Lari Williams has said he is broke and homeless at the moment. Lari disclosed this at the Beautiful Nubia Live Concert which took place at the Eniobanke Art Centre, where he also performed his poetry. The actor who has featured in over 15 soap operas and over 15 other home videos told a reporter who accosted him for an interview that he is dead broke and homeless at the moment. A scenario which explains legends in Nollywood do not really get paid. Lari is the first actor to perform on The Zuma Rock in Abuja, appeared in the first soap opera titled “Village Headmaster” and first home video titled “Witch doctor of the living dead” where he played extremely good roles.
