According to pictures circulating online, a Nigerian referee by the name, Basil Giwa collapsed and subsequently gave up the ghost during a south west fitness test in Ibadan today. His friends, colleagues and several onlookers around the sporting complex were thrown into mourning mode as the young man died on the spot even before medical assistance could be offered. Sources say it might have been an heart attack, but this is yet to be confirmed by medical officcers as an autopsy is yet to be carried out. May his soul rest in peace, Amen.
