Super Eagles players led by the captain, John Obi Mikel will attend the funeral of late coach, Stephen Keshi.
Keshi who won two African Cup of Nations twice with Nigeria- one as a player and the other as a coach- passed away in the early hours of Wednesday, June 8, 2016 in Benin City, Edo State.
According to Vanguard newspaper, the funeral ceremony of the late Keshi is expected to commence this week with meetings to be held with various strata of government.The report states that the 54-year-old will be buried in his ancestral home of Illah, in Delta state, with the Federal Government, Edo, Delta and Cross River state governments all ready to play a part in the ceremony.
